The EU Biotech Campus is pleased to announce the appointment of its new CEO, Sabrina Ena, who will assume her role on August 19, 2024. In this capacity, she will serve as Project Leader for this initiative funded by the European recovery plan (PNRR).

Holding a PhD in biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences, Sabrina Ena began her career in 2011 as a researcher at the Laboratory of Neurophysiology at the Université libre of Brussels. She then joined the biotech industry in 2014, first as Supervisor of Preclinical Research at Bone Therapeutics for four years. She then joined Theravet as Clinical and Regulatory Director, before being appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2020.

Sabrina Ena succeeds Didier Malherbe, who initiated the project and held the position from January 2022 to March 2024.
